I like how you start and end your rictameter poem with "perfume." You build up the heady perfume's impact on the summer night's tryst and we can imagine the rest. Best wishes in the contest!

I love the scent of roses , it's intoxicating and a rose garden on a Summer evening is the perfect, setting for romance.

Smell/scent is one of - if not the most powerful - emotion one can experience when remembering a specific moment in one's life.
For you it is roses.
For me it is eucalyptus.
To encapsulate your emotions in a Rictameter is no easy feat.

This is a beautifully worded entry to this contest. The font size is great for reading. The message is great. However, the presentation could be some better if you made the background black and the writing pink. it would make your great visual more prominent and the text too. Try it, and if you don't like it, you can always change it back. Good luck in the contest.

I can imagine being in a rose garden and smelling the great scents. Roses are beautiful. All colors. I love the red the best. I like smelling them. I wish they could last longer than they do. Thank you for sharing. Have a great weekend.
