I think you weaved the 5 given words well into your narrative.. despite love being an overused topic in far too many poems, you managed to write a couple of lines that I found fresh and delightful eg:

you just float my boat and

I love the way that you made a splash in life.

You also mention many ingredients necessary to make a relationship flourish and everlasting.

These are kind and sweet words for your loved one and I enjoyed the tenderness and sincerity in these words, the meter is slightly uneven but I adored the sentiments, love Dolly x
