Another good rhyming poem about a topic that can be understood by all reading it. I love rhyming poetry, but I love more the freedom of free verse. It may not have rhyme, but it for sure have rhythm. Keep sharing and we will keep reading. Thanks!

Well said and I agree completely.
Although I do enjoy free verse, I really respond more positively to verses with rhyme.
I tend to write with a pattern of AAAA, BBBB, CCCC, you get the idea.
I feel that the words take on a musical cadence, thus a smooth, rolling read.

Well written, well said. Use the Kiss principle *(keep it simple stupid) so many different kinds of poetry that does my head in. I cannot write without rhyme - my song would be lost for all time. K xx
