Delightful poem about your beloved pet! My love for my pet just sang out of my heart while I read your poem about the love you have for yours. Dogs are hands down the best! And so are the people who own them. ; )

What a super review- thank you so much, very encouraging.in this world there are two types of people: those who love dogs, and "the rest". Lol.

I do understand computer problems. I have them myself. I fear my PC will die soon. It's old and struggles at times, but I love it. LOL I enjoyed reading your contest entry. I hate to inform you, but Harley is the best dog in the world. Just ask him! LOL Sunny is wonderful, and I wish I could meet him. I know we'd be best friends. Good luck with the contest.

Lol. We all think ours is the best! And they all are!
Thanks so much for your super review. My work is all backed up, but it will just be a matter of time to get it back. Meantime, deadlines loom! I?ll miss some story contests probably, but may be able to re-write some poems.

A great tribute to your dog, and a wonderful entry into the pet contest. It amazes me how much you love your dog, and the poem brings that to life with details about his actions and character. Well done.

This work has reached the exceptional level

This is a perfectly rhymed story of your little guy - what his day looks like all the way up to bed time. He sounds such a sweetheart, and I can understand the bond the two of you have.

And he likes eggs? My cat knows when I'm having eggs - over easy so they're a little runny - and she always waits patiently at my feet for me to give her the plate to lick when I'm done.

I was going to mention the font, but I see you made a note. That's really weird. Your challenges continue . . .

Thank you Pam for a wonderful review and six stars. Greatly appreciated!
He was not eating once, so I offered him a whisked up raw egg, and he loved it. Now must have a raw egg before he eats his "proper" dinner. Lol. Manipulative!

This is a wonderful poem of tribute to your beloved pet, Wendy. The mutual love is evident. It's well written. I wish you luck in the contest.

I understand your frustration with having to switch to an iPad when your work was composed on your computer. Sometimes it's useful to save current work on an accessible cloud (iCloud or Google Drive for example) so it can be accessed from anywhere, just in case. I do that if I know I'm going to be away from my computer for a long period of time.

Thanks so much Judy. It?s all backed up on the server, but it will be some time before I can access it. Dan is not well, and also very busy at work, then has to go away ? it?s just the frustration of missing contest deadlines for stories already prepared. Never mind.

I totally understand, Wendy. I hope Dan doesn't have anything serious going on. :)

Thank you Tom, and I?m sorry to remind you of your precious one. Have you thought of making a photo book of your photos of him and with him? It might help, but I know how hard it was after losing my previous one.

Believe it or not, he visits regularly. I hear a tennis ball bouncing which isn't here. His flopping down beside my chair in the a.m., as I begin to write. Adn even feel his breath on my face as sunrise arrives telling me it's time to walk.

My goodness! That?s eerie but comforting. He obviously loved you equally as much.

Thank you Roy. What a lovely review. I?m glad you enjoyed it.
(The trouble is I had prepared two or three long stories, and it?s really too late to do them again before the deadlines. Never mind; can?t be helped. They?re on the server, but I can?t access them.)

Thank you for this lovely review, Pam. It is very encouraging. I am embarrassed about the font issue, and my original poem had other things about Sunny, and was better, but it can?t be helped. (Technology is a pain at times!)

You are very welcome, Wendy, and don't be embarrassed. You noted the reason for it, and I think people understand. You are right about technology!

Wendy,
This is a well done rhyming tribute to you dog. I think every dog thinks he/she is the best, at least for his master. Sometimes, I wish I had as much energy as some dogs. I would like to see him play catch with him self. Does he catch frisbees?
Good luck in the contest.
Keep writing and stay healthy

Thanks for such a lovely review. No, he doesn?t play with balls or frisbees, just soft toys. Thank you for your good wishes too.
