Ah, I don't know if I'll have the pleasure of visiting and experiencing the place or the country before I pass on, but you do a great job showcasing the Bazaar. I think this is what the contest was looking for.

The story "Grand Bazaar Istanbul" brought back memories of haggling for items there many years ago. The merchants try to set up a "negotiation" where you and he will meet in the middle at a price that is higher than the item is worth. When we reached the top price I would pay, I simply said, "No," and walked away. The merchant would soon come running after me with the item. "Sir! Sir! Okay!"
