This poem started as a summertime post, but in selecting a FanArt illustration to pair with my original thought, I advanced the time a few months and then edited my verse.

FanArt again provides me with an excellent subject! When I searched for a forest picture, the fall leaf really appealed to me. I was trying initially for a summertime Haiku but it advanced a few months (-;. Yes, we could do with rain.
