Excellent

This is an excellent 5-7-5 poem for the contest
but line three is only four syllables by my count.
Very smart dog to avoid skunks.
Nice picture to match.

Hi Robert, Thanks for the review. I checked with the website "How Many Syllables" at https://www.howmanysyllables.com/wordprocessor. They say furtunately has 5 syllables.

That's odd. I used How Many Syllables too, and it said four.

I think the problem comes from made up words. My site corrects the spelling to fortunately. Go with your own, as the committee generally accepts various syllable counts.

Thanks for the read and review. Not an original photo but the picture is very much like the dog we had many years ago.
