Once out of the blue my boss asked me why I never smile..
this is just to give you an idea of my character.
Smiling makes you feel happy and it helps you connect with others. People that smile have a cheerful and sunny disposition which helps a lot in life in general.
I read though that a good cry now and then reduces stress.

I am all for tearing up with a sentimental movie too! But I do like funny movies.

Wuthering heights, Hamlet , English Patient are some of my all time favourites.
I need drama , lots of turmoil and the sad ending. Life is mostly that after all.
I never watch funny, comic films.
Yesterday was the biggest holiday in Italy Ferragosto. Families riunite to celebrate Summer.
I watched a film.

How right this is - there's no substitute in life for something that just makes us laugh. All we need to do, most of the time, is allow ourselves to have fun :-)

I enjoyed this very much. Lighthearted, easy and so upbeat. It rose my spirits. You know, they say that laughing creates vitamin C in the body.
