This is so cute and the picture is adorable! And I'm all for hula hooping for exercise but I'm not going to give up any chocolate! Thanks for the smiles! Hope this does well in the contest!

This 'loopy' poem is a fun read and seems to pick up speed as one goes along. I love the cute little fat chick showing off his moves. I know about the chocolatey ways.

Great to know I can get one on Amazon! Right now I am using a
stationery bike which helps to some
extent. Have a great night!

Some have weighted beads you can put inside for a better workout. I am not using those yet...still getting the hang of it! I hurt my back and can't do a stationary bike anymore but I used to love it!
