Omigawd! This is so great!! I absolutely love it. But those of us who are familiar with this state of frustration are a dying breed. Have you ever tried to explain it to those under 50? Oh, the LOOKS they throw!!!

Good luck in the contest. (I also love the photo you found.)

Yes, a couple of times to grandchildren, but they don't understand never having cable TV. Most don't know what an antenna is, let alone something needed to bring in a TV signal. Thanks for your read and your feedback. Appreciated.

This is an excellent four line poem for the contest
with very good mono-rhymes and seven syllable lines.
I never used the foil, but rabbit ears were often adjusted.
Nicely done.
Good luck in the contest.

Thank you for the read and feedback. It did actually work somewhat, but what was better was placing your hand on one of the ears and stand holding on. I guess we kids could have been called conductors.

This is a hilarious and wonderful post! I find it very enjoyable to see how everyone interprets the prompt for this contest. You have done a wonderful job, and I find it outstanding that you have found three rhyming words for "ascensions." well done, and thank you for sharing!

Thank you for the read and encouraging feedback. The aluminum did actually work somewhat, but what worked better was placing your hand on one ear and standing still and holding on. I guess we kids could have been called conductors.
