Thank you Roy, It was very special to a little girl back then. Children today need more to entertain them. Monkeys are fun to watch even when they aren't performing.

Thank you Sandra, It wouldn't thrill a child of today who craves more sophisticated entertainment but it was thrilling in that day and age. I'm glad I grew in in simple times. I have a feeling even my grandparents were entertained, if not by the monkey, by my reaction to him.

This monkey sure did put on a show to the public but he wanted to shoot Hitler with his gun. A very funny story with some dark humor. Excellent work! Thank you for sharing!

I don't know if it was unique for the day or for living in rural Mississippi but it was far different from the childhood children have today. I'm thankful I grew up the way I did. Thank you so much for the nice review."
