What a treat for you!!!! A memory you will cherish always. I don't think children today get as excited about things as we did in our day. So sad.
We used to have parades when the county fair opened. One year, the Cisco Kid and Poncho were in it. They rode over and shook my hand. I can still remember how I felt then.

Thank you for the review and nice comments. You are right. Children today would need much more than a street show to get them excited. I'm glad we grew in those days. We were the lucky ones.

I enjoyed this true story very much. The antics of the money were so funny. I would have liked to see it with you, but the story was the next best thing. We watched some monkeys in the zoo once where some construction was going in where they were. They took turns jumping down in the hole where a pump of some kind was being placed, then walking around and scratching their heads like they were trying to figure out what was going on. Hilarious to watch!

Thank you very for a great review. Monkeys are funny to watch when they aren't preforming and are just being themselves. I could watch them for hours. Some of the larger apes act so much like people. I love to watch the adults with their young.

Thank you Lee. I'm surprised and pleased that you give this simple little story such a glowing review. It was very exciting back then. Today is another time, and I doubt if it would have much appeal to a child now. That so much for the six stars.
