-Nice image and presentation, shelley.
-Effective nature and seasonal imagery
with the clouds and day star.
-Good word choice with "breeze' as the verb,
and a good satori line.
-Good luck in the contest.

A lovely poem that is intricately layered, capturing the flow, movement and silent magnificence of clouds.

-Your message is clear, having no need for embellishments, and your word choice is illustrative and well defined.

-Excellent choice of the word bright to heighten the aura and brilliance. If cloud is dominating force, star would need no additional support of punctuation. But these are creative choices a writer makes and, perhaps, are technicalities you may have already considered. I admire the beauty, awe and thought of your poem. Good luck on your entry.

Hello Shelley,
Nice piece of poetry in form of 'Haiku' meeting the desired norms and having IMPRESSIVE /PREGNANT phraseology making a genuine reader read the poem time and again. Worth enjoying!
Picture enhances depth and beauty of the poem.
BEST OF LUCK in the contest.

Shelley,
I really like the picture you have chosen. Clouds are friends that offer us so much - shady respite and so much more. They are a constantly changing story written in the sky, changing color, shape and size as they breeze by. An excellent example of divine creative art.

I liked your haiku. Cloud dreaming is fascinating. Interesting about the day star. We forget the stars and moon are still there when blue skies and cumulus clouds hide them. Your poem is for the Haiku contest and I wish you well. I love cloud dreaming. Good luck in the Haiku.

Hi Shelley,
I loved the way in which you capture the image of the sun in reference to the 'bright day star,' also the alliteration of the movement, and the satori paired so well with the image accompanying you beautiful Haiku which tired this all together in a perfect bow.

Very well composed and presented Haiku Shelley.

All the very best wishes for this contest.

With our thoughts we create...
cessation in delay.

Kind regards,
James.

like this short and sweet poem about clouds in the sky and what they may or may not mean. I like the twist at the end as I am a big fan of poetic twists in general.

I am learning more and more about haiku as time goes by. I looked up the meaning of 'kigo,' which refers to seasons. I'm not sure which season this poem refers to, but clouds come in any season, so that should take care of that.
Best wishes.

Beautifully worded haiku. Large easy to read text is appreciated. The text and visual forms a complete well-thought-out package. I enjoyed it. Good luck in the contest.
