Hi Melissa,
This is a well done sonnet. It could be considered a love poem for the art of writing in any way. This site is meant as a way to learn or maybe help others learn the craft of writing poetry or prose.

Good morning Jan. So glad you liked this educational poem. I don't usually go in this direction with a theme, but thought that some others might not know how to go about it. When I invited a few people to look at the Forum Debate recently, several didn't even know there was a Forum... so, I thought this might help them look around a bit. I know I like to look at other writer's work. I have not tried to organize my poems, its too daunting! Hugs!

Thanks Helen. I love Gloria's work and the poem I referenced made a big change in my own writing... it introduced me to a new meter. I hope it will help some folks to navigate the site a little better. I know what you mean about the low ratings. I always check to see if they are new and they usually are... most of the time. I just grit my teeth and keep on writing LOL. Thanks again, sweet lady.
