This is a well-stated poem. I like the font centered on the visual. However, it would be more prominent if it was larger and colorful. Colorful font would coordinate with the message of a cross cultural tapestry. I would make each line a different color and bold. The visual fits perfectly. Good luck in the contest.

Everyone's very existence is indeed a myriad of patterns and shapes that one may find in, what my mom used to call, a "crazy quilt." No specific pattern, no definite structure, just a quilt made up of everything.

This was fantastic! Not only is it perfectly in keeping with the parameters of Nanni form, but it's also wise and spot-on! My second read-through I did aloud, and it was even better that way!! I also love the visual you chose to represent your work.

This is the way I have felt about quilts tied to people. They have stories they could tell if only they could talk. Each quilt is different as people. A family connection with fibres is stitched together like a quilt. Thank you for sharing. Have a great evening.
