I think this poem is just about the right length. You could have included many other things, but probably left them for another poem. You have a nice rhyme scheme.

I like the vivid descriptions of nature in your poem, they take the reader out into nature. Love the mention of the eagle, a majestic bird that always deserves a poem. Your words flow smoothly and also have a musical feel to them. Excellent poem here.

Very descriptive. Great imagery.
The last line is intriguing - 'or asleep at night'. How can we keep the wonders in mind when we are asleep and unaware? How can we see or hear? But then, they are not there just for me.
