Hi Ann! Thanks for sharing your views of continuing life! I do agree on most of your points and I like that you say that we "graduate" from our bodies. That's how one of our churches used to talk about someone's death. Best wishes in the contest!

I find this interesting. And thoughtful amid another world that God created for us when we die. Pondering this subject is the way of scholars and priests and other clergymen.
You have stated your case well and it is understandable and well thought out.
To me, I find what happens after we die is not worth the effort. We will know when we need to know when our time comes.

They are here, and if you pay attention, you will soon discover things unexplainable to others.

I like how you describe life continues. We are spiritual beings on a human journey according to hospice. I often have felt loved ones who have passed on near me. Your essay is well written and holds the reader's interest. I like how positive you are about this subject.

My conclusion was that I had no proven way to be sure, so I should live my life according to Christian beliefs. I love your final statement, "There is no afterlife. There is only life." I'm sure we have all thought long and hard about our views on the subject. There are possible many conclusions which other reach that differ from those you have reached, and I think it would be pointless for anyone to attempt to change your mind. We all need to reach a stage of being at peace with what we believe. You have expressed your opinion well and given reasons for why you believe as you do. This is a good contest entry.
