In all honesty I don't know anything about babies.
Never held one in my arms or touched one. And never desired to have one.
So why did I give you my vote?
The baby in the pic looks very sweet and I do believe that life is a gift.

A good poem with accurate syllable count. Love the font is large and easy to read. The visual is a perfect fit to the text. However, since it is so large, I would center the text, so it is more prominent. I probably would also make each line baby colors....ie pink blue pink or blue pink blue.
