First, this is creative and clever. Your conversation with God is personal and warm. You show that believing in God is conversational and not always needed to be awe-struck and fearful.
Some corrections:
(sp could.)
It's heartbreaking to (realize) what those people are enduring(,.)
In a sense we want you to 'fix' it, undo the illness or the divorce or the job loss or whatever. (something rather than it) (fix something; heal an illness, stop a divorce, find a job, or whatever need we are calling on you to fix.)
realisation= realization
Faith (small f)
Just a little tweaking - some you may not agree with. Otherwise, I find your approach brilliant

Excellent

This is a very good prayer Zanya. I really believe God knows our thoughts and everything about us. I think He expects us to share everything with Him the way we would talk to a friend or a parents that we know cares about us. I expressed some of the same doubt and concerns in my prayer.
