Some emotions and feelings are real and you have to deal with them. This sounds like you are warning to protect your heart from bad choices is love.
But you never know unless you try. If you chain your heart you might have a very lonely life.
Keep writing and stay heatlhy

Thank you Joan. Actually the heart seem to control all sort of emotions and love is only one. I was think more of negative emotions like anger, fear, desire for revenge. The positive emotions are not quite as dangerous but even with them control is improtant.

There is so much truth in what you have written here. It is difficult to actually complete the task but in reality much better if one can do it. Lots of hurt when we let feelings rule. Great job on this post. Thanks for sharing this one.

Thank you for a great review and especially for the six stars. I can dish the advice but I can't always follow it. LOL Actually I've calmed down over the years but I have kids who still lose control.

Thank you Barbara. You are right. It is very hard to get control of some of emotions. Sometime when my heart rate is about to go crazy I have to tell myself to calm down. It isn't worth dying over. LOL

Obviously, one who cannot control his emotions runs the risk of never being in control of any situation he may find himself embroiled in. This can lead to serious complications, even risks of one's mental and physical health.
