This poem has great promise. There are lines that are clear but there are lines where you message is lost/unclear. Also, your rhyme scheme in each verse/stanza is different. Most poems follow a consistent rhyme scheme unless it is a free verse poem. I say stick with it and read about poetry concepts such as rhyme scheme and patterns. I mainly write free verse or non-rhyming poems. Feel free to read poems from my profile even if you don't feel like rating them. Keep on writing and you will get better and better.

Well thanks for your comments and review.
I've written hundreds of thousands of homes and competed from Washington DC to the Riviera Hotel on Vegas with the international Society of poetry.
I've been World ranked by two who's who's and I've written over 850 books and a 18 and a half year period.
Conceptually speaking I don't grade poetry on concepts free verse or lines I grade on content only.

I am positive you have great works. I hope to read more from you. Thanks for my 3 rating because it helped me to focus on visuals presentation. This site I thought was all about helping one another in some manner.
