Thanks so much for the wonderful review and stars. I wrote a blog post about this. Of course the kids thought it was funny. Jan still does when the incident is mentioned. I'll try again to get a picture to download. I can't remember the best way to do it. When I try to download pictures, they usually don't work on this site for some reason. Thanks so much Bill for the great review and comments. I can appreciate the fact that Alexei wanted to express his thanks, but the means was less than desirable, even if well intentioned. I can't imagine that he had too many customers for his massage business, but who knows?

It's funny now of course, but at the time I wasn't laughing. It was really painful and embarrassing to say the least. Obviously there were cultural differences in what is acceptable behavior. Thanks so much for the great review.

You can't imagine how glad I was that they moved on. It was a relief. I never watched Mr. Rogers, when the show would come on I would change the channel. I later saw a documentary about Fred Rogers and I realized how much I missed by not watching him. His life was exemplary. He would have been a great neighbor or friend to have. I really wish I was more like him. Thanks so much for the fine review and comments.

Thanks so much for the fine review and comments Wayne. I wanted to see that movie, but when I went to the library, I picked up a documentary instead. It was fantastic. Mr. Rogers was a saint. As far as massages go, I'll never get another one. If I ever wanted one before, I'm cured now.

Thanks so much for the exception rating and your thoughtful comments. I was in kind of a bind, since he was standing there with his massage bench in his hands. It was unlike any situation that I'd ever been confronted with before. I think I should write a handbook about what to do in unconventional events. We had a couple who we barely knew start coming by nightly, and then the lady started coming to the house when the kids were in school. My wife got to the point that when she heard a car door close out front, she would hide. I don't know what there was about Hoonah (where we lived) that spawned so many different ideas about what was acceptable behavior. It's provided me with a pretty good supply of stories though.

Thanks so much for the exceptional rating and great comments. I heard from one FS author who mentioned he had gotten a massage in Bali by some young Oriental ladies, and they had such strength in their fingers that he said he'd never have another one. It was a pretty humiliating experience. Fortunately it was a one time experience. East meets West and East prevailed unfortunately.
