Yikes! Aren't you afraid of all those razor sharp thorns out there in the garden? And what about the mosquitoes? Or the grape vines?

Oh well, you Australians always have the best ideas.

Very fun read here, Chris. :)

And you still maintain it year after year! I'm glad to see you looking lovely and healthy as you prune those roses. Hope they are the thornless kind! Happy Nude Gardening Day!!

Love this! The rhythm flows wonderfully throughout the entire piece. It is fun, light-hearted, and the word play/choice gave it just the right amount of whimsy. The picture was a great touch and really pulled it all together amazingly. Great job!

Well, this is a new one on me. Don't know what rock I've been under, but I've never heard of it.
I did have a laugh at the last two lines of the 3rd verse. Have you ever blistered your toosh, or is it not hot enough where you live?
And I have to add, kudos to your husband who supports you.
Katharine

Hello!

This is such a fun and humurous piece. I believe to be naked in nature is to be free in the purest form. Connecting with nature is such a wonderful activity. Thank you for sharing!

One Love
Haylee

. . . and you tell it so well, Chrissy. I enjoyed your fun poem.
The rhymes are good, there's smooth flow, and great imagery.
I remember the first time I heard of this day was from reading
one of your poems. Great job upholding the tradition.
Respectfully, Jan

Hello Chris,
Well, you seem to be fairly confident in yourself, although I see you're hiding behind the bushes. I would think you would want to avoid roses and things like barberry and other bushes that have thorns. You're much braver than me. I'd be on the lookout for mosquitos and gnats as well. I enjoyed your poem gal, and the picture. Have fun.
Have a blessed day.
Tom

This did give me a good laugh. I love the picture you attached too. I found this highly amusing and well-written. I never heard of a nude gardening day but one is never too old to learn something new. Lol.
