Aren't you sweet? She must be a treat. i find mine the same way especially when I consider how much she pays to keep me, the clown, around. They both are simply amazing, me thinks.

Good entry for the Two Line Poetry Contest. I like the presentation.

Your second lines needs some editing. I like humor but the sentence syntax doesn't make sense.

but my wife only leaves me bragging (--)>delete< about her.

****But my wife only let's me brag about her.****

Good luck in the contest.

What a lucky lady you have. You must treat her with kindness. Many men do say their wife nag. But why do they nag? That is the only way they get their man's attention sometimes.

This is an extremely witty poem in two lines. It just goes to show the power of brevity, and that beating one's audience over the head with a surfeit of words really isn't necessary.

Well you must have an amazing wife here and I never nagged my husband once as nagging never works if only serves to do the opposite of what you intend, fine words of love and admiration here, love Dolly x

For this poem, she should brag about you. What a compliment. I enjoyed it. I also liked the simple line-illustration. Your positive attitude is refreshing too.

Good idea to stay on her good side, right?
I enjoyed your contest entry, Mystery Author.
I like the cross rhyme nagging/bragging.
Best wishes in the contest, Jan

Hope this is inspired by personal experience- and if so, I am so happy for you :-) Wives have sometimes got a bad wrap in the past!!!

Hope your wife smiled when she read/heard this!

Love it! My wife works in a job that most think of as a male occupation. She has been in very dangerous, life-threatening situations, and yet she is still the same person I married, loving, caring for others, giving of herself. I don't know what my life would have been like without her.
