Great poem. I liked banana sandwiches as well ... I could just eat one now, and the banana bread straight out of the oven ... Mmm! I loved the lines about never splitting unless for ice-cream.

I like your poem...it expresses lots of ways you can use bananas. It has many descriptions of why bananas are so important to you, too.. Good luck in the contest.

What a fun poem this is - the rhyming is lovely and I appreciate that you kept the background and font colors as the colors of the banana (both ripe, and not so much). As for the banana sandwich, add some peanut butter to that and you've got one of my favorites:-)

It's impossible to find a rival for the banana. It's as though the banana was specially designed by some superstar marketing group. From it's bright yellow container, to its sweet, textured goodness.
I too, am a big fan of the banana.

A delectable and well-crafted entry into the banana contest, with a solid choice of colors. The only thing I suggest for improvement is to pick an image with a transparent background. It would show up might nicer against the green! If you can't find a perfect image easily, I suggest using the website remove.bg. (You'd still need to crop this one to remove the Adobe watermark first).
