Nicely done 15-syllable poem in a tender theme of loving lips expressed in a simple rhyming couplet. I like the many senses evoked from the "brush" for feeling and the "lights" (with the two meanings of alighting and turning on a light) and the charge of a light that the kiss sets off.
I think this could be a winner!

Talk about only a few words igniting the imagination! This caused me to think of a few of the times that another's lips against my skin caused chills and thrills! If they had a contest for saying the most by saying the least, this would be a contender:-)
