Fun an interesting poem that does strike home. Believe it or not, long ago in an apartment I rented, there was a roach infestation. I wrote letters to the management, but they did nothing until I swept up a dozen roaches and put them in an envelope along with my rent check. The next week everyone in the building was sent a notice that we would have to be out of our apartments from 8 am to 5pm on a specific date for fumigation.

Yes that's exactly what needs to be done at Harborview but maybe he needs a lesson too.
