I liked how you juxtaposed these images of struggle in the war with the words 'Be still' from Christ. It really underscores the sense that he is our deliverer from evil. We have to trust in him to escape the reality of our man made hell. estory

Well written. yes, in the midst of everything, we do need this reminder. in Him alone can we have that stillness and peace, because He is God, and we can trust Him despite everything. A lovely poem for all of us, not only the Ukraine, although they desperately need such encouragement as this offers. Well written.

This scripture has to be true as all scriptures are. But Ecclesiastes 3:4 say there is a time and season for everything. There much me a time to be still and time flee. There is also a time kill and a time to weep. I think those people in Ukraine have felt it was a time to do both. In spite of that is always a time to realize God cares and He is God. I just pray too many more of them don't find that it is time to die. I like you poem. It is well written and it is always a time seek God.
