That wagging tail is a lovely addition to conveying the sentiment in your nonet. Dogs are indeed man's best friend, loving and loyal. You have portrayed their best capabilities, leaving out the mess, the hair, the barking, the digging etc, haha.

A fine animal nonet. Dogs are great for bringing a smile to your face when you are down. Your picture goes very well with the poem. Many times I have looked down in a face in that very same position.
