Beautifully penned and illustrated poem and message within. I agree with you and your MP, Candice Bergin. The olive branch of peace must be extended and threats and mandates must stop. These opressive acts and military agressions are contrary to peace. Prayers for us all today: Canada, America, Rusisia, Ukraine, and Belarus.

Thanks very much, Sally, Did you read my story What really happened in Ottawa, I was there Feb 4-6, it was a peaceful protest, no windows were broken no cars on fire no police hurt, The police ended up hurting peaceful protesters though. God bless you Sally always Laura. PS I like Candice Bergen as well but lets hope she stays the course.

Yes, I did read your article. I saw you sitting in the snow with a stroller. I feel Russia will attack the Ukraine soon and the nations will be drawn into war. This will leading up to the Gog-Magog war prophesied in the Bible and Ezekiel 38 and 39. Gog has been long thought to be the ruler of Russia in the end times. Stay safe and prayed up. :)) XOs

I suspected how your poem would end upon reading the beginning. The tyrants seem to be in control, and I'm not sure they have hearts to melt. But perhaps more people will lose their blinders with the increasing sunlight. (You are missing an apostrophe in your title.) too many people have been struck dumb (in both definitions of the word) with fear.

But perhaps more people will lose their blinders with the increasing sunlight. Yes, I read it. Fox News is the only one with accurate reporting here. Trudeau threatening to cut off banking, licensing and to take pets and children is beyond the pale. There are many of us rooting for you. TD Bank cut them off before Trudeau. TD bought out our local bank years ago and then two years ago, closed out and left our little town high and dry. Fortunately, a small local bank was convinced to open a branch. TD was so dumb. We applied for a home equity loan and the idiots drew up the papers for the wrong deed, a one-acre landlocked piece we had recently acquired the deed to that abuts another piece we own. We backed out and went to the local bank and got a better rate. We could have signed, taken the money and walked away and never made a payment. The collateral land would have had no value to them. But . . . we're not like that and it probably would have screwed up our credit rating. Anyway, we don't like TD one bit.

Hi Susan, Td froze bank accounts of supporters and Druthers news a news live stream and paper that tells the truth look them up when you have time, We watch fox news they seem truth ful at one point the police stopped them from getting in to the peaceful protest in Ottawa Take care my friend

This is beautiful and is so relatable to all. We have certainly had enough of winter and the pandemic only adds to the cabin fever. Spring will bring new beginnings. This is a great piece and it flowed well.
