Very clever entry. Interesting choice to put it in letter format instead of stanzas. It was a little harder to pick up and keep the rhythm of the rhyme but only because I'm a lazy reader. This should do well in contest...good job.

I love this. Putin is so creepy, just like a narcissistic lover. You've written this very skillfully, and I really enjoyed it. My only thing is that I lost the meter at "soon to me, you, I'll tether." Otherwise, this is excellent. Very well done!

What a sinister Valentine. In such a relationship as Vlad is suggesting, I fear the Ukraine would become the abused wife, deprived of individuality, and dominated and controlled by an aggressive husband. Not good. Great poem though. :-)

The entire concept of this contest strikes me as funny. I suppose that is the purpose. Anyway, you certainly meet those expectations. I like how you combine prose and poetry, coyly throwing in rhymes with your tongue in cheek prose.
