Your limerick is excellent--skillfully written ( except for a little need for improvement in syllable counts), creatively rhymed, and amusing. My, what it takes to get their attention!

Not many people choose Limerick when given the choice of any style in which to write a Valentine's poem, but you certainly made this work. Your poem is funny, a little sad in that you have to go to such extremes, and perfectly written in terms of the rhythm and rhyme of the Limerick form. Rhyming "frantic" and "sycophantic" is very impressive.
