This feels like an apt poem for our times, but then again, I'm sure people of all times in human history have felt a lack of justice and had hope for things to change for the better. All your syllable counts are spot on.

Good, simple statement.
Most of us, at one point, have been foisted around by a regulation, an agency, a clever, crooked attorney, the people who make the laws and take and spend our tax money.
I know, "Vengeance is mine, thus sayeth The Lord," but sometimes it's hard to wait.
We do keep that fire burning, it's the "Can Do" American backbone.
