Very well-written fable. I enjoyed the story, and the presentation in rhyme. The fable tells a valuable lesson that bullying others just for fun is not the way to act and that what goes around comes around. Now the goats are fat and realize what they did to Muffin top. Good luck with the contest.

This is really a poem that is a lesson for every one of us. You never know how much a person does in life until they are no longer around. It has always been said, kindness and respect are needed each day.

WOOOOOOWWW!!!! This really hit home for me as I just started a new job. I am ELATED to be there, but my enthusiasm has not been received well by some. They think I am too aggressive as I attempt to help (as instructed by my supervisor). My smile and my warm spirit has been met with scorn, sidebar conversations, unkindness.
Your Muffintop reminds me of me and my new environment with women who are flat out unkind and unwelcoming despite the positiveness that I am able to bring. I will not run (my first instinct) as Muffintop did, but WOW, your poem is absolutely wonderfully written, the message is clear and I LOVE IT!
I will print it out and put it at my desk for all to see.

Thank you for this amazing review, it means the world to me. When I was a kid growing up in Chicago, I was bullied and even beat up! I was painfully shy and kids called me stuck up in school. It hurt a lot. I think it's wonderful that you're not letting your co workers get you down. Just keep spreading your magic at work and they'll come to appreciate your enthusiasm. My girth was inversely proportional to my worth. I never once hated them...I hated me!

Thank you for reading my poem. I went through the same thing when I was a young girl, growing up in Chicago. I always thought there must be something wrong with me that would cause all the kids to bully me. I still think about it to this day. Of course I came to realize that I was awesome. ;) lol. Thanks again. :)
