This a great poem describing your home and much more! What wonderful experiences for both of you and your two dogs.
Thanks for sharing.
Best of luck in the contest!

It is an experience. In some ways, it reminds me of my time aboard ship in the Navy. Things were pretty tight. But, I didn't have to cook my own food... The Chiefs were more forgiving than my wife... Thanks for stopping buy our camp and reading my report. Best,

I loved this poem! My parents traveled around the country in their RV for years after they retired. I think you captured the sentiment exactly! Its a great road adventure poem!

What better the value of a poem than to bring back loving memories to others. Honored that you would enjoy it that way. It is cramped and the price of Biden's gas is a worry, but still beats paying property taxes and mowing the lawn. My sight might give us a year or two more and I will find a rocking chair on a porch and bore other old geezers with stories on end. Life is good! Many thanks!

Now that is certainly a home with a difference and adds a different slant to the contest. It must be wonderful to have a different view from your windows, whenever you want to move. An with all of the USA in which to roam freely, sure, what a perfect lifestyle. Good health.

Except that I tour with the world's meanest woman and two spoiled dogs, it is a good life. I enjoy the beautiful views, the fresh air, the not paying property taxes or having to mow and weed-eat. Glad you hitched a ride for a bit. Good travels to ya!

I love this description of your home, on wheels, free to go wherever the spirit leads. Very well done on this, great rhyming and fun to read. Best of wishes for the contest.

So wonderful to hear from a fine English friend! Glad you liked my poem. I let out the part of what a man endures when sharing a tight RV with the world's meanest woman, but we will cover that down the road. Enjoy some REAL fish 'n chips for me. Best,
