Ciao mystery poet, you now have 7 votes.
There were many seasonal entries but yours stood out from the crowd because I love storms.
I live in a valley and Mother Nature definitely gives quite a performance... rolling thunder and lightening that cracks open the sky.
It's quite frightening but at the same time electrifying too.

I chose Tempeste which in my language means Storms ..plurale
I chose it for obvious reasons.. ( biggrin)
The sound of the thunder is amplified .. and it bounces through the valley.
My windows vibrate .. it really feels Thor is wielding his hammer ( wink)

Very well done. With the color red so prominent in your piece, I actually thought it evoked a sad yet heated emotion from within. I was reading about a rainstorm, but also thought it was someone's own thoughts.

I like your interpretation and that thought crossed my mind as I wrote, then I focused on the physicality of the passing of the storm. Unfortunately, in life, it does not always happen that way. Thanks for your read and feedback.
