REadimg your story I just thnik about Covid and how the virus mutated, so sorry we are all paranoia, how can we move on:) but this chpater had a little bit of a police investigation scene. The culprit is gone, but there are some clue that might shade some light about his location.

Besides the detectives Frank and Manuel, there are four of the covenant in tow, Drakon breaks down Joseph's door, and then voila, there's no one there, but they'll go to where Carrie is living. I love this episode dear Shana, the gang are out to get rid of the shadow, and rescue Joseph and protect Carrie one way or the other. Beautifully written my talented friend. Well done, blessings Roy

I had to leave this as a cliffhanger. Next week, something big is going to happen. It won't be a long chapter, but it will be a turning point in the story. It's a game changer for Joseph and Carrie.
BTW, soon, the two detectives will finally meet Joseph at the party. But... what they find won't exactly be what they're expecting. We are getting close.
