There's nothing wrong with a little experimenting. I'm sure that the best recipes had lots of trials. I love to fiddle with a chicken stir fry, trying different vegetables and sauces. One of my favorite additives is... (shhh, don't tell anybody)... maple syrup!
I'm not a huge fan of Thai food, but my youngest son and daughter-in-law would love any variety... the hotter, the better. I'll have to send them this recipe, if that's okay... or are you going to sell it???
