To me the rondeau is an especially lovely form, and yours is exceptional in every respect--skillfully and creatively written and vividly descriptive of a moving spiritual experience in nature.

This is so beautiful, I can picture the lovely glade and the peaceful feeling that would be present there. Many people feel closest to God when out in nature. Best of luck in the contest. :)

This is beautiful and wonderful, and your artwork makes me miss snow! Here in Florida I pine for East coast snow and your picture brought nostalgia back. We have our perks - though, on New Year's even it was 85 degrees here! (smile). A well structured Rondeau. I love these French forms for their musicality. Loved your rhyme and meter - it is my weak spot - I am meter buff (lol).

On some winter days a setting like this is absolutely breathtaking. Unfortunately, there are other days like this past weekend when we had freezing drizzle that prevented me from even stepping outside. Many thanks for sharing my poem, zanya.
