Damn! There are a lot of levels to that "slippery when wet"! I see Pisces as perenially searching for his missing half. It can become a spiritual journey, the Jesus connection, or of this world: sexual, or intellectual, or artistic connectedness. But in all cases, it's a slippery situation ... especially in the hands of a novice astrologist.

At last ... a 5-7-5 that's not about the seasons.

Good luck, Jer!

A very humorous poem for the contest in classic Jer style. I liked it, as well as the picture for the poem. How is the leg doing? More importantly, how are you doing? I haven't heard from you lately. Stay in touch.

Not to be too persnickety, I don't think Pisces means "slippery when wet," so I'd prefer, for line 2, "Suggests slippery when wet." And, given the "fish stinks" picture, I'd have made line three "Plus, smelly; fishy." Your call, of course.

This is a very clever entry. The best use of these 575s is humor and you have done this very effectively by reversing the definition and the noun. Best of luck in the contest!
