Your use of alliteration which you weave in and out of this story is striking. A lot of hard sounding consonants, b's, c's and d's are setting the mood and tone. You use metaphors adeptly. I like your tongue-in-cheek humor. Well done.

Excellent story my friend! The imagery is perfect for the piece add well as the characters do interact nicely together and the storyline was very captivating and held my attention throughout the piece;-)
