Yes, Joseph is desperate to stop the Shadow from killing again. He's even willing to take his own life. But I believe somehow something will prevent such a tragedy. Maybe true love? Stay tuned.

You will find some readers immediately identifying with some of your plot. Well done.

Yes, I do agree with you. I believe in evil possession. Somehow evil can weave itself into innocent people and attach to the body like a leech. At least in my story I can create a good ending. I feel sorry for those who do not get that in real life.

I'm a dowser. I find when I'm ding a lot of healing, I am more apt to get entities. I fortunately am able to clear myself. I help other dowsers clear also. They don't frighten me. I learned about them early on. The hitch hikers are themost annoying. They are unhappy spirits that attach themselves to us to gain something from us but have the opposite effect. One time I found myself more and more inconsolable. I suspected I had a hitch hiker. When I dowsed about it, Igot the answer 'yes' I spoke with one about it. It was a woman who saw how happy & content I was. So she had attached herself to me to gain something she'd never had. I It old her she'd only made me like she was and she'd do better going toward the light and she wasn't welcome. Go toward the light. She finally left. Sending you a shield of protection.

Wow... this is interesting stuff! I love to hear about the supernatural most people do not believe in. But I know there are "things" in our world we do not understand. Thanks for sharing. :) I appreciate the shield of protection. How would a person know they had a spirit attached to them?

I find Iknow I have entities when I have a gut ache. My friend gets a headache. As far as wondering if you have hitchhiker, it would be a sudden change in outlook, attitude, contentment, ability to focus. The opposite of what might be enviable. Such as my friend was feeling terrible scattered. It was unusual for her. It turned out there was a spirit who wanted to be focused as they had never felt focused in life

Joseph cannot kill himself! NOT NOW! Where is the Breedline??! There will be no party since Carrie knows what Joseph is going to do. But now the question is, will The Shadow let him? I'm so intrigued right now and I can hardly wait to see what happens. AND I WANT MORE LENGTHY POSTS SHANA!! (lol)

I have one minor suggestion:

He felt dirty, (used.) - Used I think should be italicized to show more 'Ummpth'

But other than that, I can't wait to see how the Breedline will show up to the challenge and rescue him. I just gotta keep remembering, fairytale ending, fairytale ending.....!!!!!! ;)

Yes, Joseph is wearing down now that the Shadow is taking full control. Hopefully Carrie will be able to intervene before he does something he'll regret. Stay tuned for more Breedline adventures.

This is another classic, but now you've turned your character over to God, but like the Gaderene Demoniac in Mark 5, it may seem that he doesn't have a choice, but Jesus never really blamed the demoniac, He simply cast the legion of demons (2000) out. Just an aside, my brother worked as an orderly in a big hospital and he experienced little men obviously possessed, that had to be restrained by ten, big strong men, he said the look on their faces was terrifying, so they exist. An excellent post, but I know you have a way out for Joseph. Jeremiah 29:13. Well done Sana, blessings Roy

Wow... I have heard people being possessed by demons but hearing your story about your brother is eye opening. I can't imagine having to experience something like that. Scary.
