I often write multiple endings for my stories. You might prefer the alternate one with the happy, Hallmark ending.

Well done Robert. I thought this story was well written and full of imagination. You brought the characters to life. Right when I thought that I knew how it would end you threw in a twist. Hopefully Edward didn't end up in a cauldron. Good job.

At 2,039 words, this story falls well within the required minimum.
It is also an extremely creative piece of writing. What imagination! You just let it run riot for a most enjoyable rad. I wish I had a six for the sheer magic of it.

Hmm, this is very interesting. A shadow world, but not at all scary to Edgar. I was surprised with how calm he was about the entire unbelievable thing happening to him. Of course that ending was a surprise twist too.
