I enjoyed the narrative and how you describe the many sunsets you have watched and cherished.
You like to share your sunset experiences with your wife sipping wine or watching them perched together on a mountain top.
That's very romantic.
One particular sunset in the Barbados offers a unique green flash phenomenon.. which paints the sky green ..( green is my favourite colour..Iā??m going to google this)
The effect sounds close to the northern lights in Alaska.

the green flash only occurs in the tropics during the winter months. the weather has to be 80 to 85 with a trade wind blowing and with a few clouds in the air and according to locals, if you wish to see it it will not happen, sort of happens when you are not looking a sort of Zen Daoist element to it which makes it even more special. I saw it four times.

A wonderful poem about your wife and you enjoying the sunset on the Caribbean seas. Barbados does ring a bell; it is an island which is beautiful; we also were on a cruise ship which had docked so we could see the setting of the sunset.

yeah Barbados had special sunsets. we lived there for three wonderful years.

The work highlights sunset as the protagonist's best time of the day often spent with wine beside his wife as they watch the sun set; the perspective of the phenomenon on Yeoungjong island and that of Barbados in the Caribbean sea with particular reference to the green flash experience; but much more rewarding watching the sunset beside his wife.
The work earns its texture through the effective use of corroborating anecdotes.
