Lovely poem that brings out the frustration of not being able to see what the poet really wishes to. But ends on a highly positive note.

You are in a state of hypnagogia. It is experienced by many, including myself, but I see what other people are doing. Sometimes I interact, sometimes not. It may be some kind of uncontrolled remote viewing. It is not meant to change things, but sometimes you can learn from observing. I wrote about it in "Going to Hypnagogia."
