I cannot fathom the circumstances that led to the bowl in the sink. I find this episode profoundly disturbing--my mind is already blown as to how and when I caught corona in the first place.

It shot over my head that your isolation was confined to your room. I assumed you had at least run of most of the house. No wonder you have become a slight bit squirrelly! I would be in a straight jacket myself.

One thing about it, Liz... it's so good to hear that you're able to enjoy a "delectable turkey dinner"! That Scotty is certainly a thoughtful guy. And I think you'd own up to placing that bowl in the kitchen sink, if indeed you did put it there.
Now, Lauren has been through Covid. What about Doug? Has he had the virus yet? He can't be your son who just got married last summer. You must have 2 sons, eh? In any case, tell him to be safe. He must always wear his mask for a while, and wipe down all doorknobs, etcetera, etcetera, etcetera, for a while as you recover from this miserable bug. Open the windows and doors a few times each day to let the fresh air blow through! I'll keep on praying that he won't catch it, and that you will all be able to continue your shopping for Christmas... don't forget Scotty and Chuck!

Yes, my son Dan got married last month. Doug is 39 and I'll never get rid of him. He's a voracious reader and writer and virtually lives in his room; therefore he likely won't catch Corona from anyone.

This virus has mutated a lot of conspiracy theories though, so I won't count you out either.
No matter, you've nearly paid your penance, done your time and no one else has contracted anything other than theories on a lonely peanut butter sludged plate.
Ah, it may never be discover to whom has ownership of said plate and its sludging?
But be damn certain, I won't be on the job to find out... but by any reason one of your children come up with more evidence on the culprit, I am more than willing to step back into this conversation.
Two days... yeah!

I'm so glad to hear that you got to eat and hopefully enjoy a Thanksgiving dinner, despite Covid. Hmm, perhaps there is a new Covid ghost that has taken up residency in your home. Casper the Covid ghost. I'm sure you're ready to leave the confinement of your bedroom. I've spent more time in bed than I like to think of since this surgery. It's wonderful to have friends who bring you food. It's been too long since we've had a turkey dinner, since we don't get together with family since ... Nice that your son is there taking care of things too, even if you can't see him. Only two more sleeps. :)

Wow! You really take isolating seriously. I can imagine stay in my room over the hours I'm in it at night. Luckly if I have to isolate I'll have the hous and nineteen acres to isolate on since no lives with me. You may be the only person in the whole USA that keeps to her room, or do you?
