I loved this as I truly love the stars. It speaks of the God who made them and us all. The book of Job is the oldest book of the Bible, and speaks of these wonders.

Worth another six stars, my friend. The first poem was fun and tickled the fancy, but this stirs the soul. The stars are a great mystery, and man's nightly companion. But, not the answer to man's past, present or future.

That is a very astute observation. The stars do not interact with man directly, but they do assist man in many ways. Being a navigational tool. In much the same way, trees do not speak to man, but they provide shade, paper products, heat, one was even used as a tool of execution in the Master's death. Many things around us do not interact with us directly, but they are essential to our survival. Excellent write my dear brother.

I really enjoyed reading this poem about the stars. I love it when they show up crisply in the night sky. People have been intrigued by the stars as long as we have lived on his earth and tried to see meaning in them. I just see them as a way to realize how small we are when compared to the vastness of the unverse. The fact that the God who created them knows us down to the number of hairs of head tells us of his greatness and majesty.

Your poem captured the splendour of the nightly stars up in the sky, which presence means different things to different people. While some see them them as conveying the beauty and wonders of God the creator, some others think it could reveal the past and predict the future. I found the accompanying image very helpful. Well done, dear Roy.

This assuages some of my fears, which are not founded yet. I think of times when I have stargazed and seen the wonder of God's handiwork...He is a wondrous God and He is in me and you and so many others. This is a superb poem and has brought a bit of peace!
