Just really love 4 year olds. . .they warmed my heart each and every day as their teacher for 20 years. It would not surprise me if he did become a fireman as an adult. well-written and great choice of words. :)

we teachers are a breed of our own. Someone told my daughter I talked to them as though they were a child, she said. . .well she talks to everyone that way, she was a teacher for 20 years. I have to try really hard to keep adults at an adult level. I never want to do that with intention. Cudos to your mom. :)

Sometimes you have to treat adults as children. I was a bank examiner for 42 years and I had to talk to many bankers as though they were children.
