A balanced diet is good for everyone.we must all take care of ourselves a dour families. Chocolate is a good pick me up when your sugar drops during the day.

I'm not vegan for sure but I agree with this poem it shows a wonderful open market!! The power of superfoods I am very aware of as I eat as healthy as I can afford!!
Sunnilicious is a strange pen name yet I understand it is really your name!!
I love your bio what I have read so far the photo is beautiful and full of light!!
Thank you for telling all of us here on this site about the superfoods that we need to eat!! You are a creative writer I can tell by the way you posted this short poem!!

I changed my diet, lost some weight and feel possibly better than I have for a long time. But moderation is, and has always been the song to sing. Beautifully written Alicia, well done and welcome back, blessings Roy

I so agree with your words here Alicia and being vegetarian I eat a lot of different vegetables and have my everyday favourites, a fine uplifting write, love Dolly x
