Actually, at first I thought that you were referring to the huge hole in the ozone layer, clearly visible from a spacecraft, a picture we have seen before. Nevertheless I quite enjoyed the premonition even though I found it a bit preachy.

Your narrative poem with a WHAT IF plot really makes this reader ponder. Is Earth so rapidly deteriorating that other worlds might notice and send a warning? Good description of the alien vehicle's descent and Earthlings' reactions. I like your ABCB rhyme pattern. Rod

This is a really nice poem, I enjoyed it. I like the way you make too suggestions at the beginning about it maybe being God or aliens, and then run with the second one. I also like the way you deepened it by showing us why they came to earth and the sadness they felt, it's a great theme to explore. Thanks for sharing this and have a great day

I hope that it never happens, although I have seen two UFOs in my life, so who knows. I do believe that there is life on other planets. What do you think? Thanks so much for this nice review. :)

to say our God isn't behind the UFO phenonium? We have seen them. I do believe they are owned by our military. Well done. Great warning. Nancy:)
